An unknown male patient, aged 45 years, C/o PAB (brought by 108 on 10/04/2026 at 9:45 AM and was declared dead at 9:50 AM). The dead body was shifted to the morgue on 10/04/2026 at 12:02 PM.
All concerned relatives, etc. are requested to come identify and collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of three days from the date of issue of the notice
