It is a storehouse of Documents, Notifications, Circulars, Orders, Press Releases, Tenders, Acts and Rules, Schemes, Forms. Special Focus is also given to the various notifications, circulars, appeals, Govt. orders etc related to Covid-19 Pandemic.

2 What are the different services provided through this portal? The services provided through this portal include e-District Services, online services from various Departments of Government of Meghalaya.
 
3 Can I avail all online services offered by Govt. of Meghalaya through this portal? Most of the Online Services offered by Government of Meghalaya can be accessed from this portal.

7 Where can I lodge a grievance? Click on the Public Grievance Redressal & Monitoring System link in the footer section under the Transparency heading and you will be redirected to the Meghalaya Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (MEGPGRAMS) website.
 
8 Can I get RTI details through this portal? Yes, Click on the Right to Information link in the footer section under the Transparency heading and you will be redirected to the Meghalaya Right to Information website. Through this website one can file RTI online.
