Title: Training on SHE-Box and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace held in North Garo Hills

During the training, participants were sensitized on the provisions of the POSH Act, the roles and responsibilities of Internal Complaints Committees, procedures for filing and addressing complaints, and the use of the SHE-Box (Sexual Harassment Electronic Box) portal for online submission and monitoring of complaints related to workplace sexual harassment.
Smt. I. Warjri, Assistant Director, MATI, Shillong, who was the resource person for the programme, briefed the gathering on the key provisions of the Act, the importance of ensuring a safe and respectful workplace environment, and the mechanism for effective grievance redressal through SHE-Box and the ICC framework
