The Miss Meghalaya Organisation, under the aegis of the Meghalaya Tourism Youth Development Society (MTYDS), has proudly announced Chaivalry Lartang as the winner of Miss Universe Meghalaya 2025. She will now represent the state at the prestigious Miss Universe India 2025 pageant. The state-level selection was held on June 14, 2025, at Hotel Vivanta, Khyndailad, Shillong, in a tightly contested event featuring several talented aspirants from across Meghalaya. The event was jointly organised by MTYDS and Miss Universe India. Chaivalry, who previously secured the position of 1st Runner-Up at Miss Meghalaya 2024, impressed the judges with her poise, confidence, and charm. She is set to begin intensive grooming and training in Delhi as she prepares to take the national stage at Miss Universe India 2025
