Title: Training of District and Charge Level Officials for Census 2027 Held in West Khasi Hills

The training covered key topics, including the operational procedures of Census 2027 and the roles and responsibilities of administrative officers and clerks, along with the use of the Census Management and Monitoring System (CMMS) for Population Enumeration, including Enumeration Block (EB) formation, training, logistics and dashboard management.
Participants were also trained on Sub-Enumeration Block demarcation through the EB Creator, preparation of EB layout maps, abridged house lists and Charge Registers using CMMS. The sessions further covered the Population Enumeration Mobile App, including its setup, functionalities and practical demonstrations.
Other important topics included Census concepts and definitions, persons to be enumerated, Questions 1 to 40, data quality markers for monitoring, the SE Portal and the role of administrative officers. The training also highlighted media and publicity activities for Population Enumeration, management of printing, logistics and kit items, and the guidelines and framework for Phase-II training
