The Jt. Director of Health Services (SS) further informed that no relatives attended to the patient since his admission. The patient expired on 23.10.2026 at 10:35 PM.
All concerned relatives, etc. are requested to come identify and collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital immediately or within a period of three days from the date of issue of the notice
