Title: Human Development Leadership Programme Held at Barmanpara Under Mahendraganj CHC

The programme was attended by Dr. Noor Ain Khan, Medical Superintendent-cum-Senior Medical and Health Officer-in-Charge of Mahendraganj CHC and MCH, along with members of the Block HDLP Team, Chitra Sangma, ANM; Imran Haque, NCD DEO; Najma Parvin, ASHA Facilitator; and local teachers.
The discussions focused on the importance of daily nutrition for children, the role of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) in promoting proper nutrition and early childhood development, and various issues concerning the functioning of the Village Health Council. Participants exchanged views on existing challenges and discussed practical measures to address the problems identified at the community level.
The programme also emphasised the importance of coordination among healthcare workers, Anganwadi Workers, teachers and community representatives to improve child health, strengthen nutrition awareness and ensure the effective delivery of essential health services
