After completion of trial, the Hon'ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam, Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills, Khliehriat found Shri. Comming Massar guilty and convicted him under section 376(3) IPC R/w Sec. 5 (l)/5(n)/6 POCSO Act, 2012. The Court sentenced him to undergo 'Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for 25 (twenty-five) years with fine of ₹ 25,000/- (Twenty five Thousands only)" and under section 506 IPC with additional 'Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for 05(five) years with fine of ₹ 10,000/- (Ten Thousands only)" vide Court Order dated 31.08.2026
