The meeting was chaired by Shri. V.K. Mantri, IAS – Commissioner & Secretary – Education Department and State Chief Commissioner, Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides in absence of Dr. Shakil P. Ahmmed, IAS, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya and President, Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides.
The meeting commenced with a heartfelt Obituary Reference and a moment of silent prayer honoring late Smti. R. V. Suchiang, IAS, former Chief Secretary and former President of the State Association. The agendas covered several crucial resolutions aimed at advancing the Movement's objectives, particularly those focused on the empowerment and development of the youth in the state.
