This is for information of Local Taxi/Auto Rickshaw owners in East Khasi Hills District that the office of the undersigned will issue stickers with allotted number at the rate of ₹150/- (rupees one hundred and fifty) per sticker to all the Local Taxis/Auto Rickshaws operating within the jurisdiction of East Khasi Hills District w.e.f. 7th September – 6th November, 2026. Thereafter, a late fee of ₹500/- (rupees five hundred) will be charged from the owners/representatives of the Local Taxis/Auto Rickshaws.

Owners/representatives are requested to produce the following documents (updated/renewed) in original along with photocopies in order to obtain the sticker, as copies of the same will be kept for office records.

After all documents are found to be valid, a sticker will be issued and it should be pasted on the left side of the front windshield of the Taxi/Auto Rickshaw
