If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection at the inclusion of particulars in any entry, it should be lodged with the concerned record office/authorities on or before the 4th of September, 2026 in Form 2, 2A or 3 as may be appropriate.

Every Form 2, 2A or 3 should be submitted online, not later than the aforesaid date
