The qualifying date for the preparation of the electoral rolls is 1st October, 2026. If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection to the inclusion of name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 4th of September, 2026 in Form 6, 7 or 8 as may be appropriate.

Every such claim or objection should either be presented at their offices or to the Designated Officers at the concerned Polling Stations or sent by post to the Office of the Electoral Registration Officers so as to reach their offices not later than the aforesaid date
