The inaugural evening on 22nd January 2026 commenced with the arrival of the Chief Guest, Bah Paul Lyngdoh, Adviser to the Government of Meghalaya, and the State Guest and Guest of Honour, Ms Manisha Swami, IFS, Deputy Director General, ICCR.
