The Hon’ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam, Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat held that Shri Apurba Das has been found guilty U/s 10 POCSO Act and is hereby sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 05 (Five) years and to pay a fine of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), and U/s 8 POCSO Act to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 03 (Three) years and to pay a fine of ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)
