Description:
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pynursla Civil Sub-Division, Pynursla in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 163 BNSS do hereby order that:
No person or entity or company or any industry shall dump waste, sewage, plastics, chemicals, construction debris, or any pollutant into any water bodies.
Washing of vehicles, clothes, or equipment in public water bodies is strictly prohibited.
Discharge of industrial or commercial effluents into natural water bodies is banned
