After completion of trial, the Hon’ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam, Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat sentenced the accused person Shri. Batista Paslein for committing an offence against minor for a period of 15 (Fifteen) years of rigorous imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 4(1) of the POCSO Act along with fine of ₹ 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only)
