North Garo Hills district observed National Constitution Day or the Samvidhan Diwas with Deputy Commissioner Dr Abhishek Saini leading the reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India in the presence of officials and staff of the District Administration. The occasion was marked across all head offices and schools in the district, where officers, staff and students similarly joined in commemorating the adoption of the Constitution and reaffirming their commitment to its values
