One unknown male person age 35 to 40 years (approx.) was found lying unconscious on the roadside of the National Highway at Mawpun. Immediately, he was shifted to Bhoirymbong CHC for medical treatment after which he was referred to Civil Hospital Nongpoh, and again to NEIGRIHMS, Mawdiangdiang, Shillong for further medical treatment, wherein he was admitted in the ICU. Efforts were made to identify the said person but no identity card or mobile phone was found from his possession or near the spot where he was lying. Hence, his identity could not be ascertained
