Shri. Vijay Kumar Mantri, IAS - Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Education Department. During this significant gathering, he was formally inducted as the new State Chief Commissioner of the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides by signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and affirmation of the Scout Promise. Additionally, the meeting also welcomed Shri. B.J. Kharshandi, MCS, Director School education and Literacy (DSEL), who was inducted as the Additional State Chief Commissioner of the Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides
