The inaugural session was graced by Shri T. Roumuan Paite, IRS, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs and CMD, National Scheduled Tribes Finance & Development Corporation (NSTFDC), and Shri Sibhi Chakravarthy Sadhu, IAS, Secretary, Community & Rural Development, Government of Meghalaya.
In his address, Shri T. Roumuan Paite provided a comprehensive overview of the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan, outlining its objectives, strategic roll-out, and implementation framework. He emphasized the importance of village action plans, the visioning exercise, and the expected outcomes at the village level that are aimed at transforming service delivery for tribal communities
