Ganesh @ Sangi Rai @ Popo guilty of committing an offence against minor and sentenced him for a period of 20 (Twenty) years rigorous imprisonment for an offence punishable under Section 6 of the POCSO Act along with fine of ₹ 20,0001- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only
