The Hon'ble Court of Chief judicial Magistrate, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat found the accused Shri. Jrewel Pale guilty for an offence punishable under section U/s 279/304 of IPC and hence convicted accordingly U/s 279/304A IPC. The Hon'ble Court thus sentenced Shri. Jrewel Pale to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 6 (six) months for the offence punishable U/s 279 IPC and to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 1 (one) year for the offence punishable U/s 304A IPC
