Description
All vehicle owners and operators are to ensure strict adherence to the aforementioned provisions of law.
Strict enforcement drive shall be carried out across the State, particularly in border areas and vulnerable routes. Any violation shall invite stringent legal action under the relevant provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, including seizure and detention of the vehicle, imposition of heavy penalties, and, where applicable, imprisonment.
