During the site visit, Shri Sangma expressed thorough satisfaction with the steady progress, noting that the construction is moving smoothly in accordance with established timelines.
The Speaker's team focused on several critical components of the site, including the main hall's structural work and the integration of essential utilities.
The inspection delegation included Shri Malthus S. Sangma, Secretary; Dr. Andrew Simons, Advisor (Legislation); as well as Shri Raja Kharpuri Deputy Secretary, senior officers, and engineers from the Public Works Department (PWD).
They were joined by the project's chief architects and contractors to discuss technical nuances and address any potential bottlenecks on-site.
