Important Instructions:
1) Participants must be from their respective Block.
2) Each participant may participate in only 2 (two) activities.
3) Participants can send 2 entries in each activity.
4) Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate / Aadhaar / EPIC to be enclosed along with the Entry Form.
5) Not Allowed: Youth should not have attended any District / State / National and International camp in the past.
Submission of Entries
Submit entries to: District Sports Office, West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin & respective Block Office
