Written complaints should be sent through ordinary Post or Speed Post with the subject “Dak Adalat” superscribed on the cover and addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Meghalaya Division, Shillong - 793001. The complaints should contain full details like complete address and registration receipt number. For complaints about Saving schemes and Postal Life Insurance, the account number, policy number and full address of the depositor or insurer should be given. Written complaints should be sent so as to reach the office of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Meghalaya Division, Shillong - 793001 on or before 26.06.2025. Complaints, if any, received after this period will be redressed through the usual channel
