The general public is hereby informed that any new construction or development activity within the designated areas of the proposed 4-Lanc Greenfield Alignment (High Speed Corridor) must obtain prior permission from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner. Furthermore, it is hereby clearly stated that any unauthorized structures- whether temporary or permanent-erected within the proposed ROW after the issuance of this notice will not be considered eligible for any form of compensation at the time of land acquisition or project implementation. This applies to both private and commercial structures. This order shall come into immediate effect from the date of publication
