Description
Application for Inclusion of name in the Electoral Roll (Form - 6) is a part of the Electoral Roll Management System (ERMS)
How to avail
Condition for Inclusion of name in the Electoral Roll :
a) Applicant should not be less than (eighteen years) of age.
Citizen can click on the URL given below to access this service he/she will be directed to the Application form for inclusion of name in the electoral roll page where he/she has to fill all his/her details, his/her address, his/her family details and after filling all the details, he/she will have to accept the declaration, and enter owns email id and mobile number and click on the Submit button.
