Shri Abhilash Baranwal, IAS, District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under section 163 BNSS do hereby declare No-Drone Zone w.e.f. 2nd to 5th October, 2026 with a radius of 3 (three) kilometers from the venue of the function i.e. J. N. Stadium, Polo, Shillong.

In view of the urgency of the matter this order has been made ex-parte and it shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force for a period w.e.f. 2nd to 5th October, 2026
