Description:
In accordance with the programme announced by the Election Commission of India, the filing of Claims and Objection period was opened from 5th August, 2026 to 18th September 2026.
Following the Claims and Objections period, the Notice Phase and Disposal of Claims and Objections is being carried out from 5th August, 2026 to 17th October 2026, after which the Final Electoral Roll will be published on 21st October 2026.
Hearing for the Electors who could not be mapped with the Last SIR, 2005 and discrepancies flagged during the SIR phase has been started from 18th August, 2026 and completed in 167 Polling Stations in the district as on 21-09-2026 (Monday).
