All Fair Price Shops are directed to distribute the quota as soon as the food grains arrive and to display the list of beneficiaries and the timing of operation in their respective shops. All NFSA beneficiaries are requested to collect their allotted quota on or before the 30th of June, 2026 and also to complete their e-KYC for smooth distribution through e-POS device.

Any non-supply, supply at less prescribed scale, overcharging or supply with inferior quality may be reported to the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong
