Now, therefore, I. Kum. Anendya Raajshree, IAS, Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA), South West Garo Hills, Ampati in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3E(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, hereby direct all landowners and any other persons in possession of the acquired land are to surrender and deliver possession of the acquired land, along with any structures or assets thereon to the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) or any person duly authorized by it in this behalf, within 60 (sixty) days from the date of service/publication of this notice.

It is further informed that failure to surrender or deliver possession of the acquired land within the stipulated period shall invite action as provided under Section 3E(2) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

All concerned landowners are requested to extend their cooperation for smooth implementation of the 2 Lane Tura Bypass Project, which is a public infrastructure project of National Importance
