Description:
Order under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, do hereby prohibit the assembly of five (5) or more persons within the boundary of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office.
Any person found violating this Order shall be liable for legal action under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and other relevant provisions of law.
In view of the urgency of the matter, this Order is passed ex parte and shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force until further orders
