With the aim to equip government officials of East Jaintia Hills District with essential leadership skills, promote effective team work and enhance administrative efficiency, the Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute (MATI), Shillong today conducted a one-day Training Programme on Leadership Development & Team Building for Government officials of East Jaintia Hills District at the Conference Hall of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District.

The training session was led by Assistant Director, PD Cell, Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute (MATI), Shillong, Shri. H. Khyriem and Joint Director (Retd.), SIRD, Smti G.S. Lyndem.

During the day long training programme attending government officials of East Jaintia Hills District were engaged in Practical Team Building Activities including group challenges and leadership-in-action tasks designed to enhance cooperation, strategic thinking and leadership behaviour in real-life situations
