The Deputy Commissioner East, Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat has informed that all District Offices, Magisterial Courts, Banks and Educational Institutions under the Government of Meghalaya located in East Jaintia Hills District will remain closed on 12th January, 2026 on account of “Nul-Ding-Kut” (Festival of Renewal of Life)
