Description:
In exercise of powers conferred under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020, it is necessary to declare:-
1. Sacred Heart Theological College, Mawlai Phudmuri and
2. Don Bosco Museum, Mawlai Phudmuri located within the same premises as Containment Zones so as to restrict unregulated entry and exit on the site. Any violation of this order shall entail prosecution under the penal provision of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and I.P.C.
