In her address, she highlighted that youth is a brief but important stage of life, marked by energy, creativity, ambition and the courage to explore new opportunities. She encouraged young people to make the most of this period by developing their skills, setting clear goals and remaining resilient in the face of setbacks.
Speaking on the theme “Young Meghalaya Shaping Tomorrow,” she reflected on when, why and what the youth should shape. She emphasised that the time to shape the future is today, as tomorrow is the result of the choices and actions taken in the present. She urged the youth not to wait for the future to arrive, but to begin preparing themselves and taking meaningful steps today
