The Chief Electoral Officer reiterated that no name appearing in the Draft Electoral Roll shall be deleted without due process, issuance of notice, inquiry and a fair and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the elector concerned. The ERO/AERO shall pass a proper reasoned speaking order before taking a decision in such cases
