During this significant gathering, Shri. Vijay Kumar Mantri, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Education Department was formally presented with the Warrant of Appointment as the State Chief Commissioner of the State Association by former State Secretary and Vice President, Shri. W. Lyngdoh. Additionally, the newly appointed State Commissioner (Guides), Mrs. Cathleen Pyngrope, and State Commissioner (Adult Resources), Mrs. Wiless Gayang, received their respective Warrants of Appointment for assuming their roles in the State Association.

The committee deliberated on various important agendas focusing on resolutions and strategies designed to bolster the Movement's outreach and effectiveness in benefiting the youth across the state. The Chairperson, in his address, emphasized and urged all officials to incorporate more engaging and innovative activities that would attract and inspire younger generations to join the Movement
