Title: DDMA Conducts Earthquake and Fire Mock Drill at Bethany Hospital to Strengthen Disaster Preparedness

The exercise was aimed at testing the hospital's emergency response mechanisms, evacuation procedures and coordination among various response agencies during disaster situations.
As part of the preparations, a one-day training programme was conducted on June 4 for medical, para-medical and hospital staff. The training was imparted by resource persons from MATI, Civil Defence and Home Guards, Fire and Emergency Services, and DDMA, covering emergency response, fire safety and evacuation procedures
