Title: Meeting with Political Parties Held in North Garo Hills Ahead of GHADC Elections 2026

The Deputy Commissioner (Election), North Garo Hills, convened a meeting with representatives of various political parties from the district to discuss arrangements for the smooth conduct of the elections.
The meeting was held at the DC Conference Room, Resubelpara, today, where officials briefed the representatives on the Model Code of Conduct and other important guidelines to be followed during the election period.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasised the need for cooperation from all political parties to ensure that the electoral process is conducted in a free, fair, and peaceful manner across the district. Various matters related to election preparedness and coordination were also discussed during the meeting
