The Hon’ble Court of Smti. B. Khriam, Special Judge (POCSO), East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat, pronounced judgment holding Shri Kmenlang Sana @ Lang Sana guilty. He has been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of 25 (Twenty-Five) years and to pay a fine of ₹30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) for the offence punishable under Section 376AB IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act
