The Government of Meghalaya has notified for the creation of a new Police Outpost at Era A∙ning in South Garo Hills District to be known as Era A∙ning Police Outpost. The boundaries of Era A∙ning Police Outpost are Dobakol village under Nongalbibra PS in the North, Simsang river and Shallang PS jurisdiction in West Khasi Hills District in the East, Rongding A∙we village under proposed Jadi Police Outpost in the South and Jadigittim village under proposed Jadi Police Outpost in the West
