Title: Conviction Secured in Physical Assault Case at Khliehriat

The Hon'ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat found the accused Shri. Sanki Lamurong guilty for an offence under section U/s 352/323 of IPC and hence convicted accordingly U/s 352/323 IPC. The Hon'ble Court thus sentenced Shri. Sanki Lamurong to a fine of ₹ 400/(rupees four hundred only) for the offence U/s 352 IPC and ₹ 900/- (rupees nine hundred only) for the offence U/s 323 IPC
