The Hon'ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat found the accused Shri. Bikash Das guilty for an offence under section U/s 279/304A of IPC and hence convicted accordingly U/s 279/304A IPC. The Hon'ble Court thus sentenced Shri. Bikash Das to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 6(six) months for the offence punishable U/s 279/IPC and to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 2 (two) years for the offence punishable U/s 304A IPC
