In view of the monsoon season that resulted in unpredictable heavy rainfall accompanied by poor visibility due to dense fog which increase the risk of motor vehicle accidents and frequent landslides particularly along the Shillong· Pynursla road , the general public are hereby advised to avoid all non-essential travel to Pynursla and surrounding areas during the monsoon
