Description:
Shri. Manish Kumar, IAS, District Magistrate, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, do hereby prohibit Bulls’ Fight & Animals’ Fight within the entire District of East Jaintia Hills District;
Any violation thereof shall be strictly dealt with as per legal provisions.
In view of the urgency of the matter, this Order is passed ex-parte and shall come into force with immediate effect until further orders.
