Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India that certain individuals or organizations were asking payments in the name of registration or association under the SHRESHTA Scheme. Therefore, any claim by any individual or organization demanding payment either online or offline for registration or association under SHRESHTA Scheme is considered as fraudulent act and a misrepresentation of the scheme's provisions
