Persons from Meghalaya transiting to various parts of the State via Assam are exempted from Covid testing. For example, persons from Garo Hills travelling to Khasi Hills and Jaintia Hills and vice versa. Deputy Commissioners of the concerned districts shall issue directions/orders accordingly
