The Governor of Meghalaya is pleased to order that in convergence with the MGNREGA, the first 100 villages in the State that achieve 100% vaccination of eligible population (18 years and above) by 31st August, 2021 will be sanctioned Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) each by the Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) for carrying out any developmental work as may be chosen by the concerned village
